Shipping

To ensure your jewelry arrives promptly, we process and ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed by 5pm PST on these days will be dispatched on the same day, while those placed after this time will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to get your beautiful pieces to you quickly and efficiently.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products. If you receive a piece that is damaged or not as described, please get in touch with us at bpyesworldmanager@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter through a replacement or repair. Please note that all pieces are final sale. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any other reason.

Repairs

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist you in having the item repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Threadless Backings / Labret Posts

All of our threadless end earrings do not come with a backing. If you know the size that you need you can purchase posts on our website, if not we recommend going to your local piercing shop and purchasing backings from them in the correct size. 

Threadless Pins

All pins on our threadless ends will be pre-bent before shipping to ensure they will stay snug in their posts. If you would not like us to bend your pins, contact us at bpyesworldmanager@gmail.com before placing your order.
