At Bpyesworld, we stand behind the quality of the products we offer. While we do not provide refunds or general returns, we do honor manufacturer warranties for eligible defects.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products.
Manufacturer Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist you in having the item repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
A manufacturing defect includes:
- Structural flaws
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Stones/gems that fall out due to improper setting
- Breakage, such as broken pins, caused by material or production issues
To request a warranty review:

- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Briefly describe the defect
If the issue qualifies under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will coordinate the repair or replacement at no cost to you.
What Is Not Covered
The manufacturer warranty does not cover:
- Damage from bending, pulling, or improper handling
- Breakage caused by accidents
- Lost stones or gems due to impact
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or alterations
Items damaged for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects may be eligible for paid repair services.
*Please note that we are unable to accept repairs or warranty claims for Maya Jewelry, as the company is no longer in business.
